👋🏻 I am Alicia - a Product Leader with 8+ years of experience and a passion for building user-centric, 'wow this really makes my job easier' products.

Currently, I manage the product and design team at Replo where we help help e-commerce teams build, launch, and test customer journeys, leveraging no-code solutions that eliminate the need for a development team. 💪🏻

🔬 Building products has been my obsession ever since my first product design class at Northwestern 12+ years ago. When I found Product Management shortly afterward, I knew it was the perfect combination of design thinking, cross-team collaboration, and stretching technical boundaries.

For the past 8 years I've built out B2B 🏗 construction productivity (@PlanGrid, @Autodesk) and 🏥 healthcare technology (@NowPow) solutions across web and mobile platforms.

When I’m not busy interviewing customers, building wireframes & analytics dashboards, or collaborating with design and engineering teams, you can find me wandering around San Francisco taking photos with my film camera 📸 or training for my next triathlon 🏃🏼‍♀️.
